Welcome to Empower Vitality, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By joining us on this journey, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “User”) agree to the terms below. If this doesn’t feel like a fit for you, no worries — just don’t enroll or participate.

✨ 1. For Educational & Empowerment Purposes Only

Coaching and Courses are designed to inspire and support your personal and professional growth. It’s not medical, therapeutic, or legal advice. Always consult your trusted licensed providers before making health, wellness, or lifestyle decisions.

📞 2. Coaching Sessions + Weekly Check-Ins

Here’s what you’ll receive:

Biweekly 1-hour coaching sessions

Weekly check-ins for 6 months (just like we agreed in your client agreement)

Sessions are held via Zoom (or your preferred method), and check-ins will be through email or text — we’ll stay connected every step of the way.

⏰ 3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We honor each other’s time and energy.

Rescheduling?

Give us at least 4 hours’ notice via phone, email, or booking link — or there’s a $75 fee.

No-shows are subject to a $150 fee.

Emergencies happen. Just reach out; we’ll assess with compassion.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in booking restrictions.

By booking, you’re saying yes to this mutual respect.

🌱 4. No Guarantees, Just Growth

We believe in this work; but your transformation is up to you. We can’t promise specific results, because everyone’s journey is unique. What we do promise is genuine support and tools designed to help you rise.

💫 5. Your Responsibility = Your Power

You’re the author of your healing and growth. We provide guidance, but how you use it is fully up to you. You agree to take full responsibility for your results and release us from liability for your outcomes.

✍️ 6. Course Content Is Protected

Everything inside the Course, including videos, PDFs, workbooks, and tools — belongs to Empower Vitality. You're welcome to use it for personal development, but please don’t copy, reshare, or distribute it without permission.

💳 7. Payments, Refunds & Access

Full payment (or a pre-approved payment plan) is due before Course access begins.

Due to the digital nature of this work, no refunds will be given once access is granted.

Payment plan in place? You’re responsible for completing it. Missed payments may result in revoked access.

🤝 8. Respectful & Safe Space Policy

We’re building a sacred space of trust, respect, and kindness.

Any form of harassment, harm, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without a refund.

⚖️ 9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Empower Vitality and any partners, coaches, or team members are not responsible for any damages (physical, emotional, financial, or technical) related to your participation in this Course.
